Tea Time w/the Intuitive Golfer

Try this all-natural immunity tea before your tee time! Calming your mind, body & swing all while boosting your immune system 🙏


  • 3-5 garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup honey

  1. Fill a saucepan with three cups of water.

  2. Add garlic cloves that have been peeled and cut in half and also add the ginger.

  3. Bring the water to a boil.

  4. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and honey.

  5. Take out the garlic and serve warm or store to reheat for later.

I personally like ginger added to the tea for added flavor and increased health benefits. Also, ginger reduces the strong garlic odor.
