This weeks #GolfTip is aligning your breath with your golf swing!
Incorporating your breath in your pre-shot routine will help calm your mind and body down before each shot. Taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your nose and or your mouth also relaxes your muscles in your body and releases any tension you are holding onto.
Follow these 2 easy steps:
Take a deep inhale through the nose, and as you exhale, allow your breath to flow down your spine and into the ground.
Relax and once you feel grounded begin your swing!
Align your breath with your body, mind and swing!
